Buy Now! Yep I said it. Don't wait any longer to buy. Housing affordability in the past few years has taken a complete change since 2020. We have seen high rates and we have seen low rates and the demand doesn't end; rather it peaks during buy season.
This abnormality has created a bubble that just keeps growing, even if slowly but it's growing. Even though I advice to buy now and not later; there lies the question... can you buy?? Unfortunately the truth is some buyers have been completely taken out of this market and currently they can't afford it unless they move to other more affordable cities and or another state.
NY has had a history of buyers moving down south for several reasons, but due to the south's price increase as well; you now see buyers heading up north. Places like Buffalo, Rochester, and Saratoga are now becoming hot items and places to live to due to affordability. Remote working has made that possible as well.
To summarize this market is only for those that truly want to buy and make their dream come true! The question should now is;
