However, if you ask me, it's heading in that direction, especially as we approach winter. The only time it doesn't become a buyer's market is when a listing is perfectly priced and highly desirable, which can lead to multiple offers.

The general public often believes that brokers handling high-priced listings are more respected. The allure of glamour and luxury suggests that such agents possess greater knowledge, experience, or tenure.

I mean is there such thing as text "etiquette". What happened to the the use of "e-mail". I remember the days when your grandparent or parent would tell you, "you are not calling at this time and hour". What of those days?
