Make calls to previous clients to say hello and let them know of the possibility of your listings fitting their lifestyle or budget or someone they know.
Market the listing heavily on Google Ads. It can be expensive but this is when you need reinforcements.
Do a professionals open house where you invite agents and other professionals like builders, interior decorators and the like to bring their clients and network amongst themselves.
The idea is to get creative and you can become more creative as you get feedback on the home.
