Starting to look a lot like time to invest?!

With the recent election it seems the stock market & bitcoin are trending upwards and mortgage interest, well they have their ups and downs. Could this be the time to invest?

I would say so.... granted inventory in some parts is still very low. However this would be the opportunity for you to grab the right property before things get even crazier.

Honestly I don't see interest rates going down any further. I believe if they do it will be just maybe 1-2 rate decreases and then they will stay steady. I also feel the economy will have a very robust time coming and unfortunately it will make housing even more expensive.

A lot of people nowadays can't afford buying now and won't later; that is the sad reality. This means housing will be needed and becoming a landlord will become lucrative. There are currently more renters than there are homeowners.

Rents will continue to climb as we head to the new year; making investing profitable business if done right.
