Is it the ONE?

How do we know that the moment we step inside a property it's the one for us? We spend a good amount of time making a list in our head of what we would like in a home. Some of it can be realistic and some of it pure fantasy.

Then along comes a home that may not have all we thought we wanted but it sure feels like it. Something we can't quite explain but we know. Not only do we appreciate it but we also feel that home's unique features. Yes I said it "feel". It is a sense of "feeling".

What makes us determine that home to be the "ONE" ?

If it checks off most of the boxes and you have a warm feeling you can definitely believe it is the ONE. We all start looking at property with a must checklist; however that checklist gets thrown out the window the minute we walk into a property that meets majority of the checklist & gives us the sense of home.

I believe homes carry energies and their aesthetics and location attract the buyer it needs. Usually the sense of "home" comes the first moment you walk into it. Why? Because the home calls your name in an "odd but real way". Sometimes we just need to be opened and willing to listen to it.....

In speaking to all my clients when they find their home; one of the common denominators in falling in love with their home is location. Location is a must on their checklist.
